Jack learns that the mole must be with the CHP if Andre is aware of Palmer's survival; when he is told that Kim is dead he assaults the docks and kills everyone; he discovers Nina as the mole and arrests her, before discovering that she murdered Teri.
The saga of Jack and Sen. Palmer comes to a close.
