Episode Description

Jim tries to stop the kids from bickering by instituting a tribunal system: If two of the kids are fighting, all three have to work together to decide who is right. Though the system works well for solving the kids' problems, it backfires on Jim when he and Andy argue and the two of them are subjected to a kids' tribunal, with Jim and Andy each trying to curry favor for their cases.
