Not the Best Choice ...
May 17, 2007It's obvious that Natasha should have been crowned America's Next Top Model ...like she said, she's symbolic of what America ia all about. At first I wanted Jaslene to win so badly, but then her true colors started to show. I think she is a little to drag queenish and she's too cocky. I didn't like how her, Dionne and Renee tried to set her up. Natasha never did was a trooper and I loved her positive attitude. She may have started out bad but goodness ...what an evolution of a woman. Jaslene was obsessed with being ANTM and like Tyra said, who knows what she may do if she lost, and it was her 2nd time around. Based on that mostly is why I think she won. ANTM is great, but no one ever really makes it that big ...out of the previous 7 cycles, only two have made it big time - Adrianne and Eva ...so honestly I don't think Jaslene will be anywhere near as popular.

Natasha should have won!
May 16, 2007I know that to some she might have seemed odd, but that is just the sheer excitement of a foreigner. Everything is new and stimulating to her and I find that very relatable. Not at all do I believe her to be fake or God forbid stuck up. As far as the husband and child thing goes, did you not see the picture they have just shown of her and her husband and child, hello!
Jaslene is just an average person in general. I'm surprised she made it that far and even more surprised she won the whole competition!
The only reason why she made it was to inspire the greatly numerous Latino population, but Latinos aren't the only foreigners in this country. It makes me sad. Natasha has so much more potential.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

American Next Top Model Sucks
May 17, 2007You know me and my husband really liked watching this show, but now it blows. Tyra picked the wrong girl to win. We would of liked Natasha to win, and Renee. Jaslene was a stuck up snot, who thought alot about her self and only her self. She had told this one girl that she was better than them and she was going to win for sure. We dont like people like that. And she pretended to be nice to people. She was also a butt kisser. Natasha did a way better job on the run way then Jaslene did. She also rocked the cover girl picture and Jaslene didnt. So I'm begining to wonder if this show is a big joke, people that are doing poorly at this show get to stay but the peole who do a great job get booted off. Dissapointed...
May 17, 2007Normally I've always agreed with the judges' decision, but this season's was baffling! I do have to say that I tip my hat to Jaslene for coming back and winning the next round...that's respectable. However, she seemed way too campy, lacked sophistication, no poise, no articulation...nothing. True, the judges are looking for a girl with a strong personality with the whole package but I wouldn't say Jaslene brings that. She does have a very strong personality, but not that endearing, charismatic charm. As far as looks go, they said they look for the imperfections but then they say they want someone who's commercial, who gets them? Anyway, best of luck to Jaslene, it's a fierce industry so her fierce personality tips the scales more to her favor. Good Lord
May 16, 2007Good Lord what where you thinking. Jaslene. She is not beautiful or even pretty. Her skin looks swarmy. The only reason Rene looked old is because you cut her hair. Not that I thought she should win but, she did take great pictures. Then Natasha was beautiful. She had great potiential. Please what were you thinking.
