All the hype about who's is going to judge American Idol this year is just a waste of breath. Everyone knows that SIMON is the backbone of the show and also the backbone of all the judges so, I'm sure that anyone who sits beside him to help judge American Idol will do just fine. The show is not about finding the best judge, it's all about finding the next american idol. As far as Ellen filling Paulas seat, she will do just fine. The woman is smart, funny, very talented and has a heart of gold. She also has music in her soul, look at the girl dance, she feels the rythum. I think a different kind of insight for the new talent this coming season will be a good change. So, please don't JUDGE Ellen until you see her in action. I'm sure she will be a pleasant addition to the show and the shows ratings will sky rocket with her help. As far as Paula....yes, she will be missed but not enough to ruin Idol and I'm sure that won't be the last we hear of Paula. She's been around many years and who knows what she has up her sleeve to stay in the public eye. Good luck Paula. Cheers to Ellen for being selected to be an Idol judge. Those producers know what they are doing and that's why out of everyone they could have chosen, they chose Ellen. Variety, charm, laughter and Simon is the key to keeping everyones attention. Just look, the show hasn't even started yet and talk of it is buzzing all over the media and TV industry, that's an excellant start for the new season....GO IDOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
