ANGEL is a great show for exciting, believable story lines, comedic relief, and you seriously cannot help but to like EVERY character! I never saw it on TV, but i watched every DVD and almost every episode. You may think some of the characters are annoying in the beginning, but you will grow to love them. Cordelia was AWESOME in the beginning, but near the end she sort of.....didnt make sense. Well it makes sense it was just..NOT RIGHT what they did to her! Angel will always remain the coolest, no matter how much Barry Manilow he listens to and dances retarded-like to. haha....Wesley was hilarious in the beginning...then he turned on them momentarily sort of, got depressed and that made me sad. I did not like Fred or Gunn in the beginning but I LOVED them as i realized the season was coming to an end....Fred was an aboslute sweetheart. Illyria is the best addition to the show...and in a close second comes SPIKE!!! he was so damn funny.
Everything is so elaborate and well thought out, the way they explain things, that it is EASY to believe in demons and Powers That Be and everything supernatural that is explained in this. I love it so much and will defend it if anyone wants to make fun of Angel, damnit!!

angel was a pretty good show! david was pretty hot and is even hotter now on bones ! i loved the story line and plot. i loved it when spike came on. he and angel made a great team .

i like it because it is a wonderful show. i really like it because it is a good show.it is a funny show and it is a wonderful show too.

I enjoy watching all five seasons of Angel. Where Buffy was light hearted Angel was dark, mysterious and enigmatic. For those who complain about the lighting during scenes please remember that Angel was a vampire and therefore only came out during the night (when it's dark). I like the attention to detail the producers had which made everything seem more realistic. It can't be easy to create a world were demons live among us and blend in. The cast was amazingly gifted with each actor bringing the characters to life and giving them a personality that we could connect with, that we understood. We cried with them and we laughed with them and sometimes we even learned from them. They were/are family and will always have a place in our hearts.
