Anoop Desai

Anoop Desai of Chapel Hill, NC is one of the lucky Top 36 semifinalists to make it through Hollywood week on season eight of “American Idol” (Fox, 2002- ). He is working on his master’s degree at the University of North Carolina. During his undergraduate years, he was a member of the UNC Clef Hangers, an a cappella group.
