Painting on wall for 40 years is worth thousands
June 2, 2008
A man in the feedback booth said he found out his Cortes was a fake. CORTES.. that's the name on the painting that's been hanging on my wall for 40 years. Well guess what, mines not a fake. Thank you Antiques Roadshow. Now I know how these things end up in garage sales because that's where it would have ended up after we died. Wanted to tell my story but wasn't lucky enough to get tickets for the Grand Rapids show in Oct.

our history preserved

this is a well organized, highly informative and entertaining rendition of our nation's history. my only criticism would be that i would like to see it daily rather than weekly. joan nied

Never Go Away
May 11, 2009
Antiques Roadshow is my favorite show on TV. Everyone knows not to call while it is on and I even watch it on vacation. Don't ever go away. This is one show I do not mind if it is a rerun and when it is on more than one time a week I watch it every time.

Reality at its best.
March 10, 2009
If you actually want an entertaining reality show this is as good as it gets. Of course there is always the hope that you might have one of "those" in the attic or possibly that horrible painting stored in the shed might actually be worth something. Regardless, this is a fun show with no sex or violence.
