Glad they created another Bionic Woman series, but bad casting. Fightings sequences ripped from other series making it annoying to watch. I'll watch too, but this sadly will be a less than average show. It could have been much better.

...Because of Heroes success. But this show is absolutely awful in everyway -- Story is missing, casting is awful, fighting sequences are not even laughable, I'm actually embarrassed for the people who made this show. For all advertising they have done, it is a wretched try coming up so short of the mark, there's no measuring system for it. If you are going to hype a show, make it good. This is awful, and won't last a season. 30% drop off from the ratings on week one.. It will keep falling. A show might need some time to get started, but with weak writing and characters you almost certainly won't enjoy = the most over promoted show of all time.

Being a die-hard fan of the original Bionic Woman & The Six Million Dollar Man series. I decided to tune in just because I loved those shows so much as a kid.
The night for the series pilot finally came and I watched it with much anticipation with my kids! Only to be sadly disappointed! I asked myself, “What on earth did NBC do to my beloved show?”
The idea of a fresh new approach is all fine and dandy but to completely alter the entire premise of the show! Is an insult to all BW fans! What happen to the cool sound effects and slow-motion running? Thats what made the show so cool! Cheesy you may say, no I don’t think so. Was awesome to see. Besides it would look terrible running very fast. Takes away from the coolness.
I remember as a kid trying to run slow motion and doing the bionic sound as we ran. It was a lot of fun. Everything today is so serious and dark and depressing. Come on NBC Bionic Woman 2007 just plain lacks heart, humor and above all fun! If you can’t update the concept with todays great special FX then leave our classics alone. We've gotten too many TV show remakes that are really bad! Kinda sick of them not doing them justice.They ruin BEWITCHED, killed The Dukes Of Hazzard. Hope they stop with this sad version of Bionic Woman. I got my kids hooked on it years ago and they loved all the campy fun stuff and asked why they don’t show fun shows like this anymore. I simply said, "hey, they don't get the original idea so it turns out a mess!"Then finally I told them, “Hey kids The Bionic Woman is coming back on. They were thrilled! They’re 11,14,17. We all watched it and we gave it a big chance! We totally hate this version! We even watch the following episode and it was even worse. We won’t be tuning in again. We had to pop in the original and watch it. Don't mean to be negative but come on, this Jaime is horrible and not even pretty enough. Lindsay Wagner was hot,smart,witty and loveable. Ryan's Jaime is none of that.
So thank you to NBC, It took you guys 29 years for you to finally bring Bionic Woman back, only to destroy our favorite show. You need to rethink the show and revamp it all back! Maybe get some input from fans of the original show. Incidentally, Jaime Sommers is a blonde.

The premier was very disappointing. The big 3 networks are like the big 3 auto companies - Dinasours and completely out of touch. This great concept needed to be executed by HBO or Showtime or even another cable network. How brilliant is Mad Men from AMC? These other venues have raised the bar for all of television.
