I was a child when the original was on and I loved it! This show is quite different, but still very enjoyable. The cast is perfect... great storylines, acting, writing (hope there is more of that in the future), and a high watchability factor!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!! Go Jaime!!!!

I really like "Bionic Woman"! This show really is different - not only from its predecessor, but also from anything else out on TV today. The program shows the characters as real, beliveable human beings, with good traits, bad traits, quirks, problems, joys, successes, failures, disappointments and anything else a regular person might have, rather than as aloof, distant "cardboard" TV characters like I'm used to seeing.

The plots and storylines also look and feel real and honest - and sometimes, even the bad guy wins out and beats Jamie and her cohorts. To me, that's a nice touch - something unusual. For once, a TV show that you really don't know what the outcome will be until the end (or nearly the end.)

If the producers leave the show alone and don't mess with it, then it will last for many years and become a classic with time.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid the show has been canceled. At least that is what I keep reading. I've searched countless times trying to find out when the next episode of the Bionic Woman will air, but they all say the show has been canceled, due to the strike, and low ratings. But I've also read that there is a remote possibility that the show will make a come back. Before the strike, 15 episodes were ordered, but due to the strike, only 8 episodes aired. There was just not enough of the episodes stock piled to keep the show running during the strike. But, there has also been talk, the strike would allow the writers to rewrite the show in order to boost the ratings. And then after the strike, the show would return. But again, unfortunately, all of these possibilities are very remote. I loved the new Bionic Woman very much, and I looked forward to every Wednesday night so that I could watch the show. Although, the original 70's version of The Bionic Woman was well made for that day and time, I loved the new Bionic Woman more, due to todays special effects and more action. All and all, there is absolutely no dislikes about the new Bionic Woman as far as I'm concerned.
