'Dance Your A** Off': The Other Weight-Loss Shows We Need

They're ready to dance!
Oxygen/Trae Patton
We were already big fans of "The Biggest Loser" and "So You Think You Can Dance," but the two of them combined into one show? We're not sure if this is heaven or our own personal hell. Still, there are other reality-show competitions we'd love to see overweight people tackle, so we've mashed this show up with some of our favorites.
"Sew Your A** Off"
In this mash-up with "Project Runway," contestants are shown an outfit that, like all high-fashion clothing, is made for somebody half their size. They are then given the option of either re-creating that outfit perfectly in their size, or hitting the gym and trying to lose enough weight to fit into the one they have.
"Race Your A** Off"
"The Amazing Race" would be much more amazing if all of the conveyances the racers traveled in were powered by the racers themselves. Bicycles, paddleboats... heck, even the planes could be powered by stationary bikes mounted in the cabin.
"Apprentice Your A** Off"
Rather than setting up events and fundraisers, Donald Trump's wannabe apprentices would need to carry the Donald around New York to each of his different properties, and, as the season progresses, up an increasing number of flights of stairs.
"Model Your A** Off"
Since "America's Next Top Model" keeps bringing in plus-sized models and then penalizing them for losing weight during the competition, why not cast a show entirely with plus-sized models, and whoever reaches average runway weight by the end of it gets to walk in the finale?
"Parent Your A** Off"
Each week, the overweight competitors are given another baby to carry around, until they appear to be wearing a vest made entirely of babies. It's like "Jon & Kate Plus 8," if Jon and Kate tied their kids to a fat person for a month and worked on their relationship.
"Renovate Your A** Off"
Working with an architect and a foreman, the contestants on this show would do all the heavy lifting on a major renovation job, similar to "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." When the host tells them to "Move that bus!" they actually have to pull the thing out of the way.
"Catch Your A** Off"
In the spirit of "Deadliest Catch," a boat full of overweight non-sailors is sent out into the North Pacific to catch king crab for the season, and for every 100 crabs they catch, they are allowed to split one crab to eat between them.
