Chuck Bass knows many twins.

The marketing geniuses over at the CW have done it again. Fresh off of their much-talked-about racy campaign ads which got the Parents Television Council's panties in a bunch, the show has created another promotion with what could possibly be the very best union of a current hit song with TV's hottest show. During last night's Chuck Bass-centric episode of "Gossip Girl," called "Chuck in Real Life" during which Blair tasked Chuck (played by Ed Westwick) with seducing and humiliating Vanessa, the CW ran a promo featuring Britney Spears' new #1 single "Womanizer" set against memorable Chuck moments (ie. Dan: "How do you know so many twins?" Chuck: "Twins find me.").
Check it out here:
How completely appropriate that this mother chucker is always in the spotlight! "Womanizer" precisely sums up Chuck. Any fan of the show would know that he's 'oh so charming' and 'nothing but a womanizer'. Chuck's sneaky, manipulative, and arrogant style is what makes him the "Gossip Girl" character that fans love to hate and hate to love. You know you're supposed to despise his amoral deeds considering he's the one who plotted the rise of bad Serena which resulted in a girl's hairloss and gained the control of Yale's most elite secret society, Skull 'n Bones, by throwing them a hooker party. But more often than not you find yourself actually attracted and drawn to him. I'm sure this new promo clip will land Mr. Chuck Bass in the dictionary under the term 'womanizer'.
And just in case you haven't seen Brit's "Womanizer" music video goodness yet, here's the video for your viewing pleasure:
