    • When a TV comedy hits Season 8, it's only natural to think about shaking things up. And apparently, the producers of FX's charmingly crass bar comedy "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" agree, because they're getting rid of the entire Paddy's Pub gang and bringing in high-profile replacements like Haley Joel Osment and Andrew "Dice" Clay. Well, not really -- but a hilarious promo for the new season of "Sunny" (premiering October 11) wants you to think that.

The promo (which we have an exclusive first look at above) unveils the new-look "Sunny" lineup: Osment as Mac ("Hey-oh!"), Candace Cameron (fresh off her "Full House" reunion) as kitten-mitten-loving Charlie, rapper and ride-pimper Xzibit as Sweet Dee, UFC fighter Chael Sonnen (sans shirt, of course) as Dennis, and Dice as a gun-wielding Frank. The appearance by Osment is a nice inside joke for "Sunny" fans, who've been saying for years that "Sunny" star and creator Rob McElhenney looks just like a grown-up Osment. (And

    • ‘Hawaii Five-0′ Season 3 preview: McGarrett’s mom, Kono’s fate, and more

For fans of "Hawaii Five-0," it's been a cruel summer indeed. CBS's sun-soaked cop show left viewers dangling at the end of Season 2 with more cliffhangers than you can shake a surfboard at. McGarrett's mom is alive? (And she's the mysterious "Shelburne" everyone's been looking for?) Did Chin make it to his wife Malia in time to save her? And will Kono survive being dumped into the ocean bound and gagged by Delano's goons?

Luckily for us, the cruelty ends this week as "Five-0" returns for Season 3… and gets right to work answering all of your burning questions. "It literally picks up exactly where we left off," promises star Alex O'Loughlin. We visited the "Five-0" set a few weeks back to chat with the cast and came away with plenty of Season 3 scoop; here's what to look for from "Five-0" this fall, straight from the stars themselves.

      McGarrett, meet Mom
Season 2 ended with McGarrett (O'Loughlin) opening a door expecting to see the enigmatic super-spy known as "Shelburne" and instead

    • Reality TV fans need no introduction to NeNe Leakes: The statuesque Georgia native has been tossing off pithy catchphrases ("Close your legs to married men!") and calling out bad weaves on Bravo's "Real Housewives of Atlanta" for four seasons now. But now NeNe's expanding her empire by getting into the acting game, first as Coach Roz Washington on "Glee" last season, and now on NBC's "The New Normal" as Rocky, the self-described "half-giraffe, half-drag queen" assistant to one half of the show's gay parents-to-be.

Those who assume that NeNe's acting career sprung directly from her reality TV notoriety might be surprised to learn how long she's been working as an actress. We discovered all kinds of things about Ms. Leakes when we spoke with her last week, including which leading men she'd love to have as an on-screen love interest, the great advice she got from Ryan Seacrest, and why she's relishing her new role as a "glam-mother." (Yes, you read that right.)

    • NBC’s ‘Revolution’: An inside look at the premiere’s big fight scene

Whether he likes it or not, Billy Burke is currently best known as Bella's protective dad Charlie Swan in the "Twilight" movies. But this fall, he's losing the mustache and picking up a sword to star in NBC's high-concept thrill ride, "Revolution."

The ambitious new drama from super-producer J.J. Abrams imagines a world 15 years after all electricity has stopped working; Burke plays Miles Matheson, a former Marine who reluctantly agrees to help rescue his nephew from a sinister militia. But the militia won't let the boy go without a fight… hence, the sword. In the premiere's climactic fight scene (which you can watch above), Miles makes his way down a marble staircase while chopping down more than a dozen baddies with his trusty blade. (Good luck topping that, Edward.) We talked with Burke and stunt coordinator Jeff Wolfe to get the inside scoop on how the key scene came together.

    • Yahoo! TV Q&A: ‘The New Normal’s’ Ellen Barkin, unfiltered

Well, you don't have to push too hard to get a strong opinion out of Ellen Barkin. The outspoken actress, best known for her big-screen roles opposite Al Pacino ("Sea of Love") and Robert De Niro ("This Boy's Life"), co-stars on NBC's taboo-busting new comedy "The New Normal" as the wildly prejudiced Nana, who's disgusted by her granddaughter's plan to carry a baby for a gay couple. And Barkin hasn't been shy about defending the series, taking on conservative watchdog group One Million Moms ("let's say three thousand moms, maybe" she quips) for boycotting the show and accusing a Utah affiliate that refused to air the show of censorship.

We spoke with Barkin at length last week, and she had plenty to say about the controversy surrounding her new show, why she jumped at the chance to play such an unlikable character, how creator Ryan Murphy's pilot script convinced her to take a job in Los Angeles, and why she's actually not that different than the decidedly right-wing Nana.

      How did you

    • With its high-stakes military intrigue and big-budget special effects, ABC's new submarine thriller "Last Resort" looks more like a big-screen summer blockbuster than a TV series. But you don't have to drive to the local multiplex to get a taste of this action: You can watch the full series premiere of "Last Resort" weeks before it airs, exclusively right here on Yahoo! TV.

From "The Shield" creator Shawn Ryan, "Resort" stars Emmy winner Andre Braugher ("Homicide: Life on the Street") as Captain Marcus Chaplin, the commanding officer of a U.S. Navy nuclear submarine. When the sub receives a mysterious order to fire on Pakistan, Chaplin questions the authority of the order and is immediately relieved of duty. But his second-in-command, executive officer Sam Kendal ("Felicity's" Scott Speedman), refuses the order as well, turning the sub into an enemy of the state. Running for their lives, the crew sets up camp on the exotic island of Sainte Marina, where Chaplin decides to stand his

    • Fall TV Survey: The most anticipated new and returning shows

We know you can't wait for fall TV to arrive… and we've got the numbers to prove it. We here at Yahoo! TV have once again partnered up with Entertainment Weekly to conduct a poll of 2,000 TV fans to see which new shows you're planning to watch this fall. We also learned what returning shows you're dying to see come back, along with your take on some key time-slot showdowns. Here, we run down the highlights from our wide-ranging TV survey.

      Returning shows: CBS dominates
Other networks may fight over the teens and tweens, but our survey says the Tiffany Network reigns supreme among grown-up TV watchers. The top three returning shows that respondents are most excited to see come back are all CBS shows: "The Big Bang Theory," "NCIS," and "Two and a Half Men." (Yes, even with Ashton.) All in all, CBS tallied six of the ten most anticipated returning shows, and as you'll see in a few paragraphs, their new shows have viewers excited, too. Say what you want about its graying audience; CBS

    • Gwyneth Paltrow makes a surprise cameo on ‘The New Normal’ [Video]

NBC's new fall comedy "The New Normal" is already generating plenty of press, both good and bad. But one big-time celebrity cameo has somehow managed to fly under the radar so far: An uncredited Gwyneth Paltrow pops up in the series premiere with a clever cameo -- which you can watch in the clip above.

The Goop goddess plays Abby, one of the possible egg donors that gay couple Bryan and David (Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha) are considering to help them make their baby. Bryan and David are looking through video profiles when they stumble upon Abby, who admits in a dour monotone that "people say I look a lot like Gwyneth Paltrow..." Needless to say, the boys rush to the phone to call her in, determined to have a half-Gwyneth baby of their very own.

It may seem strange that an Oscar winner like Paltrow would agree to a one-joke cameo on a new show, but it makes sense when you realize who's behind "The New

Heard anything about "The New Normal" yet? If you read the news, you probably have; NBC's new fall comedy has already been boycotted by One Million Moms and banned by a Utah affiliate. Well, now you can see what's causing all this controversy for yourself: NBC has posted the full series premiere of "The New Normal" online, and you can watch it right here on Yahoo! TV, two weeks before it airs.

So what's all the fuss about? "Normal" follows a committed gay couple, Bryan and David (Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha), as they set out to adopt a baby. Their search for a surrogate eventually leads them to Goldie (Georgia King), a daydreaming single mom who offers to help them start their family. But she also brings her inquisitive tween daughter (Bebe Wood) and her wildly bigoted grandma (Ellen Barkin) into their lives along with her, forming a very strange -- and very modern -- family.

    • Watch the series premiere of Fox’s ‘Ben and Kate’ before it airs [Video]

Can't wait to watch Fox's new fall comedy "Ben and Kate"? You're in luck: Fox has posted the full "Ben and Kate" series premiere online, and you can check it out right here on Yahoo! TV, almost a full month before it airs.

"Ben and Kate" stars Dakota Johnson ("21 Jump Street") as Kate, a young single mom who's doing her best to raise her daughter Maddie (Maggie Elizabeth Jones) while also keeping an eye on her always-scheming older brother, Ben (Nat Faxon). Ben's the free-wheeling loose cannon of the family, but when he sees the rut Kate's gotten herself into, he offers to move in and help watch Maddie, allowing Kate to let her hair down and rediscover her passion for life.

If Johnson looks familiar, there's a good reason for that: She's the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. "Kate's" overgrown-kid premise might be a little well-worn, but Johnson really shines here. She makes Kate's frazzled nature somehow endearing, she has great chemistry with Faxon and Jones, and she's
