It's safe to say we're speaking for all TV fans when we say we're thrilled to see Michael J. Fox return to NBC this fall with a new sitcom. As thrilled as Alex P. Keaton learning Reagan just got re-elected. (Well, maybe not that thrilled. But close.)

But we do have one lingering concern: How will Fox's on-camera persona be affected by his well-publicized bout with Parkinson's disease -- which forced him to leave his last full-time TV gig, ABC's "Spin City," in 2000?

Well, the first trailer for Fox's new series, "The Michael J. Fox Show," just came out (you can watch it below), and rather than hide from his disease, Fox tackles it head-on with a surprising amount of biting humor. After all, laughter is the best medicine, right?

Fox plays Mike Henry, a TV news reporter who left his job to focus on his health after being diagnosed with Parkinson's. Now he has his family's blessing to jump back into the TV game. But this isn't a gooey, heartwarming schmaltz-fest. In fact, it's clear that

Huzzah! Yes, "Arrested Development" fans, this is actually happening: The cult comedy is returning this month for an all-new season on Netflix, and the trailer above gives us our first peek at all the Bluth family madness.

It's hard to discern any actual plot from these 96 seconds, but we do get plenty of nods to our favorite "AD" in-jokes. As the trailer opens, Michael (Jason Bateman) lands in sweltering-hot Phoenix and scorches his hand on a cab's door handle, letting out a Cornballer-inspired "Mother of God!" Ah, "Arrested Development"... we've missed you.

We also see Michael check in on his son George Michael (Michael Cera) at college -- and find cousin Maeby (Alia Shawkat) in his room, so that whole "Les Cousins Dangereux" thing is still happening, apparently. And things are still not going great for the Bluth Company… as the vulture perched by Michael at one point would indicate.

But plot, schmot: We're

Next fall's new TV shows are starting to get picked up... and we got the inside scoop on one of them from the star himself.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Jeff Garlin was performing stand-up at Chicago's House of Blues tonight at Yahoo!'s On the Road event, when he stopped the show to call Adam Goldberg, the creator of his new ABC sitcom pilot, "The Goldbergs." (The show stars Garlin and "Bridesmaids" scene-stealer Wendi McLendon-Covey as the parents of a dysfunctional family in the 1980s.)

Garlin put the call on speaker as the creator shared the good word: ABC picked up "The Goldbergs" for next season! News, consider yourself broken.

We might think the Greendale study group first met in Señor Chang's Spanish class... but turns out their ties go back a little further than that.

On this week's "Community," entitled "Heroic Origins," Abed sets out to prove that the study group members had all crossed paths before they set foot on the Greendale campus. That includes Troy and Annie, who went to the same high school but ran in very different circles back then, as we learn in the exclusive clip above.

The flashback shows Annie as an ultra-nerdy brace-face, complete with frizzy hair and glasses, giving herself a sad little pep talk at her locker before downing a handful of Adderall. Then big man on campus Troy strides down the hallway, delighting his entourage with an oh-so-timely "There Will Be Blood" reference.

Being a handsome billionaire, Walden Schmidt has always had a way with the ladies. But even he's probably never experienced a love triangle like this.

The Season 10 finale of CBS's "Two and a Half Men" (airing May 9) offers a pair of new love interests for Ashton Kutcher's Walden: a ditzy young blonde, played by Hilary Duff... and her savvy grandmother, played by "Taxi's" Marilu Henner. In the clip, Walden is trying his best to connect with his airhead date Stacey (Duff), asking her about the college degree she just earned in communications. Her response: "You know, it's like... talking and stuff." Her grandmother Linda (Henner) sighs: "A hundred and twenty grand."

Stacey then bluntly asks Walden if they're going to have sex tonight; if not, she'd rather ditch him to run off to a party with her friends. She leaves him to finish

The writing on NBC's inspired college comedy "Community" is already pretty great, and just think: They haven't even asked the Oscar-winning writer in their cast to write an episode. Until now.

Yes, co-star Jim Rash (who plays Greendale's cross-dressing Dean Pelton) took home an Academy Award last year for co-writing the George Clooney drama "The Descendants" -- and oh yeah, mocked Angelina Jolie's one-leg pose in front of about a billion viewers. Now Rash is penning his first "Community" episode: this week's "Basic Human Anatomy," in which Troy and Abed magically switch bodies, "Freaky Friday"-style. (Or, if you prefer, "Like Father Like Son"-style.)

Rash chatted with Yahoo! TV over the phone last week about his body-switching homage, the Dean's most ridiculous costumes, and what's in store for the study group as we ramp up to next month's season finale.

Season 3 of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" makes its Blu-ray debut next week, and the set's bonus features include a priceless gag reel, which Yahoo! TV has an exclusive sneak peek at right here.
