As a loud and proud "Game of Thrones" nerd, you would know which house you'd belong to (duh, Tyrell!), chart the growth of Daenerys Targaryen's dragons, commiserate with fellow fans on Twitter about certain deaths (Ros!), and have researched what all the cast members did before the show (Bronn was a British pop star!).

There are only two more episodes of "Game of Thrones" left this season (sob), and it's off this Sunday for Memorial Day (double sob), but no matter — you can have a little fire and ice every single day. What can hold you over until you get your next "GoT" fix? Well, you can read the books, of course. But if you've already done that, or you don't want to spoil the show for yourself, here are five other ways to be an even bigger "Game of Thrones" nerd:

1. Drink the beer.

The characters on "Game of Thrones" like to throw back a few pints (or in Tyrion's case, a keg), and if you want to drink along with them, choose a

"Girls" won't be having any fun at this year's Critics' Choice Awards. Neither will zombies, Liz Lemon, or Don Draper.

The Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced their nominees for the Critics' Choice Awards, and the list is most notable for the shows and stars missing from it. The snubs include two of TV's biggest hits, as well as one awards darling.

One hit that did get a nomination: "Duck Dynasty," in the reality series category (though some would argue that it's such a funny show, it'd clean up in comedy too).

Two new shows elbowed their way into the already-overcrowded drama space: FX's "The Americans," which landed in the best drama category, and Netflix's "House of Cards," which netted nods for Kevin Spacey and Corey Stoll.

But their inclusion means the absence of others. Let's look at some of the biggest shockers among the nominations:

1. "Girls" gone missing.

One would think the critics would nominate a critical

"I'll be there for you"? Maybe not at eight o'clock in the morning!

Jennifer Aniston is co-hosting Wednesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," and in this video segment, she hits up her "Friends" co-star, Matthew Perry, for advice. But she shows up at his house a little too early for his taste.

"Some advice?" a bleary-eyed Perry asks. "Well, maybe you shouldn't show up at somebody's house at 8 o'clock in the morning and you should call first!"

A confused Aniston recalls that they used to pop over to each other's apartments all the time. "We're friends!" she says.

"No, that was a TV show," Perry reminds her.

The "We're the Millers" actress doesn't help her cause when she pleads, "Give me something to go on."

"Don't say 'Go On,'" winces Perry, whose NBC comedy of that name was recently canceled.

Their banter then turns into a mini-"Friends" reunion when out pops Courteney Cox!

The episode "Second Sons" in a nutshell

This "Game of Thrones" wedding day is not the happiest day in a girl's life. Sansa Stark is just 14, had to watch her father be beheaded, has been kept prisoner for months, and now is wed to a "half-man" more than twice her age. But her situation is pretty good compared to that of Gendry, who is lulled by luxurious surroundings and sex with Melisandre into thinking that she will use his king's blood in a painless way.

"Second Sons" is an episode

The final show for a "Saturday Night Live" cast member tends to be more emotional than outright funny. And as the final show for both Bill Hader and Fred Armisen (and maybe Jason Sudeikis), this season finale was doubly touching — but a little light on laughs.

The sweetest and funniest sketch of the night was Stefon's farewell. Over the years, we've grown to love Weekend Update's fabulous club correspondent and his wedding send-off was deservedly epic. It was also a nice nod to Seth Meyers, who will be leaving the show at the end of the year to take over "Late Night."

How hilarious was it when Stefon's groom turned around and was revealed to be Anderson Cooper? Who else applauded when all the Weekend Update recurring characters showed up to throw rice on Stefon and Seth?

Armisen's send-off was more sentimental than funny, but appropriate to him. His reprised his Ian Rubbish character and was joined by his "Portlandia" co-star

Actor, director, and Oscar winner Ben Affleck is hosting the season finale of "Saturday Night Live" this week, marking his entry into the exclusive Five-Timers Club (most recent inductee: Justin Timberlake).

While Affleck is best known for his dramatic roles, he has proved in his previous four hosting gigs that he can do comedy (and no, not just in a "so bad it's funny" way). Let's look back his five funniest sketches:

1. "Countdown With Keith Olbermann"

This 2008 sketch is truly one of the great sketches of all time. In what was already a strong season for impressions — it was Amy Poehler's heyday as Hillary Clinton — Affleck delivered a devastating send-up of the hyperbole-loving, perpetually outraged news anchor.

2. "Frett's Film Forum"

Wow, talk about an "SNL" star lineup — this 2000 sketch features Will Ferrell, Ana Gasteyer, Jimmy Fallon, and Cheri Oteri. They and Affleck play pun-tastic film critics who speak in

It's the end of an era on "The Vampire Diaries" as the Mystic Falls gang finally graduates from high school. But their adventures are just beginning, as they go off to college, hit the road, and embark on new relationships.

Season 4 has thrown a lot of changes at these characters. Elena now loves Damon, not Stefan. Bonnie is dead. Jeremy was dead and is alive again. Matt is road-tripping with Rebekah. Caroline ... well, Caroline is still the same girl who's in love with Tyler. (Then again, there seemed to be more than gratitude in her eyes when Klaus told her that Tyler was free.)

Katherine is human (!); Stefan is locked in a safe at the bottom of a lake (!!) while his doppelganger, Silas (!!!), is roaming around with a vengeance.
