Jane Lynch of "Glee" gets scared by a "tree" on "Ellen"“Today”: I guess you could call this a "highlight" of the fourth hour... in a wild animal segment, Kathie Lee Gifford got to meet something she called a "Bird-Eating Tarantula". What a coincidence, KLG: that's what he said about meeting you!

“The View”: Matthew McConaughey talked about his wedding and how they built a makeshift compound on his property! He said the guests stayed in air-conditioned tents for three days as they were "held captive." Some might call that a pretty cool wedding, but I would call being held captive by Matthew on his ranch something else... heaven!

“Wake Up with Al”: With more snow in the Midwest comes more dogs-playing-in-snow videos, so at least there's a silver lining in all that terrible weather! And while people in the heartland yearn for warmer weather, I yearn for videos of dogs playing in sprinklers so I feel their pain. I just can't decide what was more adorable on today's show, the dog playing in the snow or Walter Cronkite!

“WUWA”: It's hard to be upset about a little snow. But what they're getting in Minnesota is more than a little snow… it's a lot! There's only so many snowmen you can build and snowball fights you can have before you're ready to put on some shorts get some sunshine. So while being upset about the weather is a little extreme, people can definitely be very, very annoyed about it right now!’

“Ellen”: Thanks to Jennifer Love Hewitt's unfinished outfit, Matthew Perry was having a little trouble not fixing his gaze on her… um, two co-stars. Or maybe he was just wondering if she had a little something extra going on under there, just like Chandler Bing's infamous "nubbin". Now I'm no math genius, but if that adds up to three plus two like I think it does, then I count a “Party of Five”!

“Live! with Kelly and Michael”: How did audience end up spending part of their day wishing happy birthday to a pig? You can thank “America’s Got Talent” host Howard Stern’s wife, Beth Stern, who brought the little porker by as part of her new series on Nat Geo Wild, "Spoiled Rotten Pets". Beth spoiled this lucky little hoofer by announcing to the crowd that today is his 2nd birthday, and fed him a birthday dinner of his favorite meal... Honey Nut Cheerios (naturally!). Then chased his sweet cereal meal with a birthday cupcake, which he elected to enjoy "frosting first”! And that's how this little piggie got his pot belly!

“CBS This Morning”: Can't say I'm surprised about the Mayor and that TV news camera getting a little face time. I mean, hey, it's Toronto - so sooner or later you're gonna run into one of the “Kids In the Hall!” But at least now we know what "CBS" stands for: "Canadians Bumping into Stuff."

“Ellen”: Wow, Maya Rudolph is putting the grown into "Grown Ups"… she turned up with yet another baby bump, expecting baby number four! And from the looks of it, Kevin James is getting ready for quintuplets.

“GDNY”: When Greg and Rosanna were playing fake chess my mind immediately went to the "Saved by the Bell" episode where Zack Morris impersonated a Russian chess player! Sadly, none of the chess players Greg and Ro interviewed were from Russia, so they couldn't use the "we're Russian you" joke that Zack made. But if they had interviewed a Russian kid, Greg could have said "we are running out of time for you to show us some pointers, sorry we're Russian you." Just sayin'.

“WUWA”: I'm really glad they put this video of a sledding dog up today… I think we all needed to smile. I was listening to my friends in the Midwest just the other day complain about the snow, but given the recent events in our country, I think this dog has the right idea. Embrace the day and make the best of what's thrown your way!

“AHL”: Louie Anderson talked about his budding new friendship with Katherine Webb after their time together on "Splash". And it's funny how being on a network TV show could motivate him to get off the couch and be more active, while the opportunity to get hugs and kisses from a pretty lady like Katherine has really motivated him to completely change his lifestyle!

“Ellen”: Ellen wanted to sprinkle a little cuteness onto the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards, so she dispatched Sophia Grace and Rosie to do some celebrity interviews. I bet Seth Rogen had no idea he’d spend part of his evening blowing bubbles with two sugared-up Brit kids in tutus! But I think
