    • Sharon Osbourne on Her Impromptu Make-out Session on 'The Talk': Ozzy Won't Like It!

(John P. Filo/CBS)To say Sharon Osbourne is unpredictable is an understatement. On today's episode of "The Talk," she spoke candidly about her plastic surgery, recreated the controversial breast-feeding cover of Time magazine with "NCIS" star Michael Weatherly, and then made out with Broadway actor Richard Fleeshman.

Yes, Mrs. Ozzy Osbourne made out with another man.

At the end of the hour-long CBS chat fest, Sharon appeared in the final segment with Fleeshman, who is starring in Ghost: The Musical, which is now on Broadway. The 59-year-old was recreating the pottery making scene that Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore so memorably did in the 1990 movie. And while playing with the clay, Sharon decided to really steam things up by ripping open the young theater star's shirt and kissing him passionately on the lips. She also wiped clay on his bare chest and nuzzled against him.

    • Howard Stern Bashes Jennifer Lopez's Judging Skills, Says 'Idol' Makes Him Want to Vomit

(Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images)On Monday night, Howard Stern will make his debut on the judging panel of "America's Got Talent" —  and the King of All Media is beyond ready to share his opinions. At a press conference for the NBC reality show held earlier today in New York, he got candid about the current reality TV judges that he loves — and hates. Look out, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears!

The King of All Media said his judging style will be very different from what is currently on TV. "We've got to be honest, we've got to be direct and we've got to help the talent," he said of fellow judges Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel. "This is one of the problems [with the other shows]. You watch 'American Idol' and you could throw up. Listen, J.Lo. — I don't understand what she's doing there. Not every contestant can be wonderful. You have to be upfront with people. If I sit there in a beautiful dress and just tell them they're wonderful they're not going to get anywhere. I'm not doing it to be mean. I'm doing it to be

"I'm not going on the show to disrupt the beauty of 'America's Got Talent' -- cause I love the show," Stern said. "I merely wanted to go on and be a very serious judge.
