Nick Lachey and Son Camden Bat Baby Blues on Album Cover

Nick Lachey's new solo album cover (Fisher-Price)
We wonder who Camden Lachey inherited his blue eyes from?!

Nick Lachey’s 5-month-old son appears with him on the cover of his new solo album, A Father’s Lullaby, and the resemblance is uncanny. Their matching blue eyes practically glow in the photo, which features them cuddling, and little Camden has dark brown hair just like his famous dad.

“So excited for you all to hear my new album,” Lachey, 39, tweeted Tuesday, linking to a photo of the album cover on Yahoo!. “Camden is the best muse a father could ask for!”

While Lachey and his boy band, 98 Degrees, are readying for a 28-city tour with New Kids on the Block and Boyz II Men this summer, this album is actually a solo effort. There will be a total of 12 tracks – four original, eight kiddie covers (including “You Are My Sunshine”) – on the album, which was done in partnership with Fisher-Price.

It will be available on iTunes and Amazon on March 13 and then in stores in April.

This isn’t Lachey’s only new music effort. He and the 98 Degrees lads – including his brother Drew – are set to drop an album, 2.0, in May in advance of their testosterone-heavy tour.

Lachey and his wife, Vanessa, welcomed Camden John on September 12. Both mother and son will accompany Lachey when he hits the road this summer.
