“Ellen”: On Wednesday, Ellen's viewers got treated to a double dose of their favorite host, when "Saturday Night Live" comedienne Kate McKinnon broke out her dead-on DeGeneres impression. 29-year-old McKinnon, who's been on “SNL” for a little over a year and is the first openly-lesbian cast member, first caught Ellen's eye while sending up the host in a sketch last fall. Ellen claims she became a fan of the impression right away, sending word to Kate that she was a fan. Kate gushed that the entire impersonation was done out of love and then copped to being a lifelong Ellen super-fan! She even told a story of her mom hatching "various schemes" during her childhood to get teenaged Kate on the show as a guest - including a suggestion to make a portrait of Ellen in oil paint and send it in! During today’s episode, Kate donned a classic Ellen look cooked up by the wardrobe department (trademark sweater, jeans, and sneakers), throwing on a blonde pixie cut wig, and dancing up a storm alongside Ellen all over the set, and even up into the audience! Kate even got a hug from Ellen's wife, Portia, prompting the host to exclaim, "That's not me! You've got the wrong Ellen!"
