Tori Spelling: I’m Pregnant With My Fourth Child

Just call Tori Spelling "Fertile Myrtle." The former "90210" star announced on her website Friday that she is pregnant with her fourth child — just five months after giving birth to daughter Hattie! "Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way!" Spelling, 38, wrote, accompanying an adorable photo of her three children's hands on her already-growing belly. "We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us."

The fact that Spelling is expecting again isn't especially shocking — after all, she and husband Dean McDermott have always said they wanted four kids (they also have Liam, 5, and Stella, 3). But the actress was just pregnant with baby Hattie, whom she gave birth to in October. Apparently, some women are especially fertile in the weeks and months following childbirth, and Spelling seems to fall into this category. She and McDermott, 45, have been very open about their desire to have another child right after Hattie — even planning for it before she was born. "As soon as I saw [the pregnancy test] was positive and it was a pregnancy, we both thought 'We need to have a fourth' — at the same time," the actor said last year. Added Spelling, "People say, 'Oh my God, it's utter chaos after two.' But it's not, it's great. You lost your mind after the second one, so ... the third, fourth, and fifth, it's like you're so far gone, it's just kind of the same."

But the couple — who have their own Oxygen reality show, "Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" — have also said four kids will likely be their max. "I'm 38. I'm not going to be able to have that many more," Spelling acknowledged a few months ago to "Access Hollywood Live" McDermott, who also has a 13-year-old son Jack from his first marriage, also hinted he may get a vasectomy to ensure they remain a family of six. "Once we have a fourth, I think that's really kind of decision time whether to shut it down."
