It would be a shame if all the Emmy hysteria buried this perfect moment from Friday's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," especially since it brought this viewer more sheer delight than any of the Emmy's scripted moments. Just one day after Jimmy Fallon appeared on "The Colbert Report" to reminisce over the ending of his and Stephen Colbert's six-month best friendship, Colbert returned the favor, appearing on Jimmy's show Friday night, where the two did an absolutely delightful duet of "Somewhere Out There" and were visited once again by the same special guest who's trying to get in on the bromance.
There's also a funny pizza joke and a funny callback to said joke. If you're as Emmy-bored as some of us are today, here's a nice palate-cleanser. (Also, thought experiment: can you imagine anything like this happening even, say, eight years ago?)
