    New Vh1 Show ‘Mama Drama’ Will Explore the Sacred Mother/Daughter Bond (Just Kidding)

    Have you ever watched "Jersey Shore" and wished that instead of "friends" or "acquaintances" or "random strangers thrown together," the people on that show were mothers and daughters? Specifically, mothers and daughters who are best friends? Well, I guess nobody at MTV has either, because its sibling network Vh1 has picked up a 10-episode series about that called "Mama Drama," from "Jersey Shore" producer SallyAnn Salsano. It premieres January 1, a day nobody ever spends with their mom, so I guess at least there's that. Actually, I think this show will probably be pretty big. On a positive note, maybe it will make viewers appreciate their own less-dramatic mothers more. [Deadline.]

      Oh good, another 'reality show' where children will learn to cuss out their parents, and dress like #$%$

      Just what we need another "reality show". These shows are garbage, they show the worst behaviors and make them seem normal. If any of my girls dressed or acted like "Snookie", I would be horrified. Thank goodness I raised them to have morals and make good decisions...

      Wow, it's about time these networks put on quality programming. Been waiting so long for such good television and VH1 has finally come through. I mean, wouldn't want anyone to stick to the actual roots of their channel, right?

      Hey VH1, whatever happened to that great logo: MUSIC FIRST? MTV and VH1 are garbage. Another "reality" show? Another fake rip off is what it is. Get with the program VH1. Nobody wants this garbage anymore. Bring back the music!

      what do you wanna bet that the black mother daughter pairing chosen for this show are over the top stereotyped? the mother will be about 17yrs older than her daughter.they will both have doorknocker earrings,obvious hairweaves,long brightly painted fake fingernails,wear way too small spandex,wave their hands and move their heads from side to side when they speak... just a guess.
