Monday night's "The Bachelor" finale truly may go down as the weirdest, most uncomfortable ending in franchise history.
Juan Pablo Galavis chose to give his final rose to Nikki Ferrell — but did not propose. It's the first time a "Bachelor" or "Bachelorette" season ended without an engagement since Brad Womack dumped both of his final women in 2007.
What's more, on the "After the Final Rose" ceremony, Juan Pablo refused to say he loved Nikki. When host Chris Harrison point-blanked asked if Juan Pablo was in love, he responded, "I'm not going to answer that question."
The live special was clearly a contentious one. Studio audience members groaned and booed at portions of the finale.
"The audience was so anti-Juan Pablo, it was insane," a source who was at the taping told Yahoo TV.

"Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you?"
For 25 years now, that familiar refrain has introduced every episode of the popular police documentary series, "Cops." But what's the story behind the song that so many Americans can sing along to?
"Bad Boys" actually pre-dates "Cops." The Jamaican reggae group Inner Circle released the track on the 1987 album "One Way." Two years later, the band re-recorded it for the album "Identified." That same year, "Cops" took the tune as the theme song for the show.
"Someone on the set was familiar with the group and the song. The producers at Langley Productions heard it and the rest is pop history," the group once said.

Marvel movie fans, rejoice! Sif is ready to save the day.
The Asgardian warrior goddess, played by Jaimie Alexander in "Thor" and "Thor: The Dark World," touches down on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." this week on the trail of the bewitching and dangerous enchantress Lorelai (Elena Satine).
Yahoo TV spoke with her about her experience on the set, a possible spinoff, and how her role helps her inspire young girls.
How was the "S.H.I.E.L.D." set different from the "Thor" set? I always find when you work on films everything is a bit spread out, especially on a big action film. And sometimes you'll film scenes where the other half of the scene won't take place until months later. Whereas, television, everything's very fast-paced, everything's very tight-knit. You really have to put all your effort into making everything happen, because there's less of a budget.

Ay yi yi!
"The Bachelor's" Juan Pablo Galavis took America on a roller coaster ride of emotions this season, which ended with him handing out his final rose to Nikki Ferrell, 26, on Monday's season finale. Throughout all of the muy caliente moments and several dramatic, tearful exits, we kept track of the most clichéd "Bachelor" tropes this season, right down to how many times we got to stare endlessly at the Latin hunk's abs.
If you've ever wondered how many times Juan Pablo locked lips with ladies, or the number of times the wannabe Mrs. Galavises toasted to their future with the "man of their dreams, "or how many countries the bachelor jetted to, we've got the answers.
(And please forgive us if we missed one or two moments due to the champagne-filled fun. Let's face it: Being a member of Bachelor Nation can be exhausting.)
Roses Juan Pablo handed out: 78 roses
Champagne, wine, and alcoholic beverage toasts: 26
Pool parties: 3
