Adam Levine Gets Kissy and Nicki Minaj Stays Zany At Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Ever since they met last year at a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue party, Maroon 5's Adam Levine and 25-year-old model Anne Vyalitsyna have been very physically demonstrative toward each other.

So why would they tone down the PDA while performing at the 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show?

While Anne V flaunted her undersea-themed undergarment on the runway, Adam Levine—whose band Maroon 5 played the event along with Kanye West, Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj—took a break from boasting about his "Moves Like Jagger" to plant an audacious, impromptu kiss on his girlfriend's cheek. It was a sweet move on his part and equally kind of her not to care that he wore an A-shirt to a fashion show.

Celeb sig other Orlando Bloom was also in attendance, cheering as his wife Miranda Kerr walked the runway in the night's most extravagant brassiere. Yep, Kerr had the honor of donning the $2.5 million diamond bra and also sported an effulgent peacock-like piece on her back.

More stunning than the diamond and pearl-laden bra, however, was the fact that ten months after giving birth, Kerr's body is as delicate as ever. Proud husband Bloom gave Kerr a standing ovation—he was glowing almost as much as expectant mother Beyonce, who jammed along with the crowd as her husband Jay-Z traded verses with Kanye West.

Even with a small army of Victoria's Secret models marching about in their lingerie fatigues, the greatest visual feast of the CBS broadcast was Nicki Minaj's madcap stage show during "Super Bass." Upstaging the models with a characteristically campy outfit that combined elements of graffiti, Lisa Frank, disco and even "Beetlejuice" (note her striped gloves), Minaj prowled the runway and even made one of the models twirl her around at the edge of the stage. Watch it here:

Although Minaj might have stolen the show, Kanye had the night's most poignant moment when he paid tribute to his deceased mother, whose unexpected death four years ago caused him to cancel his gig at that year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

"In 2007 I was supposed to perform this song ["Stronger"] on this show," West told the audience, "And I lost my superhero. Now she's my super-angel."

As for the least poignant moment of the night, that would probably be the interview clip where one of the Angels less-than-sagely opined that, "I think it's every girls dream to walk in a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show." Modeling underwear probably isn't the secret aspiration of an entire gender.
