  • Yahoo! TV Giveaway: ‘Dance Moms’ Workout Prize Pack

Lifetime's addictive reality hit "Dance Moms" returns for Season 2 this week, with drill-sergeant dance teacher Abby Lee Miller once again molding her young students into some of the top dancers in the country. Now we can't get Abby Lee to come to your house and yell at you while you work out, but this week's Yahoo! TV giveaway might be the next best thing: a "Dance Moms"-themed workout prize pack.

The prize includes a Lifetime gym bag and water bottle, a gym towel bearing the "Dance Moms" logo, as well as "Dance Moms"-branded workout gear: gym shorts, leg warmers, and a sweatshirt. So you can dance along with Abby's girls at home, or flash your reality-TV obsession the next time you hit the gym. (And if you just want to wear the sweatshirt and sip the cocktail of your choice out of the water bottle while watching "Dance Moms" on your couch, we're not gonna stop you.)

  • Now we know who's really to blame for that ugly incident with Alec Baldwin getting kicked off an American Airlines flight last month: his "30 Rock" co-star Tina Fey.

Last night on CBS's "Late Show With David Letterman," Fey confessed she was the one who introduced Baldwin to the addictive game Words With Friends, which led to his airline ejection. In true Liz Lemon fashion, though, Fey says she's annoyed that even though she's the one who told him about it, Baldwin's never invited her to play with him. Ah, blerg.

  • Well, it didn't take long for the claws to come out on this season of "The Bachelor": Courtney earns the ire of her fellow contestants next week by scoring a one-on-one date with Ben -- and rubbing it in the other girls' faces in supremely weird fashion. Watch for yourself right here with this exclusive sneak peek:

Wow, not only did Courtney zing the poor girl who had to read the card with a totally unnecessary "How'd that taste coming out of your mouth?" (oooh, burn!), but then she had to add little digs like "I think we're gonna make out," accompanied by evil laughter. (And of course, quoting Charlie Sheen is always a sign of good mental health.) Let's face it: In two short minutes, Courtney did everything possible to make herself this season's villain except utter the immortal reality-TV line, "I'm not here to make friends." Which is a shame, because we had money on someone saying that this episode.

  • New ‘Jersey Shore’ Season, New Slimmed-Down Snooki

Snooki, before and after (John Shearer/ WireImage, Alexander Tamargo/Getty Images)Snooki, before and after (John Shearer/ WireImage, Alexander Tamargo/Getty Images)Just in time for the new season of "Jersey Shore," Snooki is showing off a new slender physique.

These days, Nicole Polizzi, also known as Snooki, the pint-sized "guidette" with the supersize personality, sends more Twitter updates about her gym workouts than about her bar hopping. A typical post to her nearly 4 million followers: "As everyone's planning their night at the club, I'm wondering when Gold's [Gym] closes."

But the gym rat rocked the blogosphere with the big news about her weight loss: The 4'9" celeb told E! Online that she is down to 102 pounds. But her goal is even lower: Snooki added on Twitter, "Closer to my goal weight 98lbs."

Fans on the Web noticed Snooki's smaller size: Searches in December for "snooki weight loss" grew a hefty 970%, along with "snooki skinny" and "snooki 98 pounds," which tipped the scales with an increase in lookups of 200,000%.
