'Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Christmas'
Gordon Ramsay, in a good mood? Say it ain't so! Mr. "Hell's Kitchen" gets in the holiday spirit by whipping up a scrumptious-looking holiday feast for his family (it's no kitchen nightmare, that's for sure) -- and he doesn't swear. Or lose his temper. What?

Basically, it's the fiery British chef minus the fire (and f-bombs), with several children and elderly relatives thrown in for good measure. Translation: a kinder, gentler Gordon. That doesn't sound like Ramsey at his most "ultimate" to us.

Gordon tames his (roast) beast on December 20 at 10pm on BBC America.

The interview focuses on many difficult topics, including the abuse Taylor suffered from what she says was "a very young age." With her new book, "Hiding From Reality," Taylor says she hopes to help break the cycle of domestic violence and explain to readers that the violence she suffered began at a "very young age." She ended up in her situation, she says, because of her own flaws and insecurities.

Obsessive fans of HBO's "Game of Thrones" (e.g. your dorky brother, "Parks and Rec's" Ben, us) are so desperate for information about the upcoming Season 2, we've been ravenously devouring every morsel of information HBO sees fit to release. The new season doesn't debut until April, and we still haven't been treated to an official full-scale trailer yet. (What are you waiting for, HBO? Christmas?) But this just-released "In Production" video reminds us that indeed, Season 2 is coming.
