A prodigal son, Tony Rastrelli, a successful Wall Street investment genius, returns to his San Diego roots to attend the funeral of his murdered brother Primo, a man with strong connections with the underworld of the "family business." An honest businessman, Tony's always avoided any connection to his family's seedy criminal doings, but probing into Primo's death draws him inexorably into the fold. With the help of his girlfriend Chloe and longtime Rastrelli enforcer Willy Canzaro, Tony seeks a way to both preserve his life and catch his brother's killer.
