Leanna Taylor, a talented singer well known on the Nashville country/western circuit, has always been content touring small venues with her band and long-time manager and boyfriend Hank. However, when her estranged mother calls to inform her that her father has passed away, the news opens a wound that Leanna has had sealed for years. With the help of her new guitarist Bobby, she realizes she must come to terms with her troubled past and the painful memories of her abusive father before she can move forward and achieve national success.
