You have done Hospice a great disservice

Last nite's episode "The Mighty Rogues" was such a setback to the slow progress Hospice has made in educating the public about the wonderful care we give. Morphine is never given to put people "to sleep" as the show very overtly implied. Not only is that still illegal! but it is totally against the Hospice philosphy and goal of helping people have a comfortable, productive life until it's time for them to die (which is not determined by Hospice!) Morphine is a wonderful drug used to alleviate many symptoms including pain, shortness of breath and anxiety and most poeple continue to function, even work, while taking it. I realize your show is a parody of real life but please don't reinforce inncorrect perceptions that people have about a service that is doing such a wonderful job for so many dying people. Boston Legal
May 23, 2009This was the bright spot in TV for so many years. Every week I looked forward to Boston Legal and even watched all the reruns many times. I bought two seasons already and plan to buy more. This show is the most original, beautifully written and never going over the edge, never stupid or silly but played with fantastic skill by the entire cast, especially James Spader. Brilliant show, tongue in cheek, PLEASE EVERYONE WRITE THE NETWORK TO BRING THIS SHOW BACK.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

BEST SHOW EVER ON TELEVISION

They need to bring this show back for a multitude of reasons. It brought many controversial issues to the table and told both sides of the story in a brilliant manner. The writing was spectacular and the issues timely.

With such an outstanding cast and writers who are able to entertain while making such timely and poignant statements how could they have the audacity to terminate Boston Legal?
I thoroughly enjoyed this show and just don't watch much tv anymore.

Not since Hill Street Blues, have I been hooked on a TV show.
I enjoy it all the mix of humor, honesty, truth, and principle values that it speaks to. Its all there.
