Episode 7 Originally aired: October 31, 2006Denise discovers that her fiance has died. Alan again must defend Jerry Espenson. Jeffrey is sued by Lincoln Meyer for accusing him of murder during the trial. Denny realizes that Bethany's mother is someone he was once engaged to.

Episode 8 Originally aired: November 26, 2006Bethany breaks up with Denny so her mother Bella makes a move on him. Coho pursues Shirley. Denny defends Lincoln Meyer when he is accused of killing the judge of his last trial. But Lincoln starts acting very strange, and Denny begins to lose interest. Alan helps Jerry Espenson with a client who is a suspect in a murder trial and is susceptible to blackouts.

Episode 14 Originally aired: February 6, 2007Alan, Denny, and Bethany are hired to represent a judge who is suing a company for not delivering on its promise to cure him of his homosexuality. Meanwhile, Shirley takes on a case involving the use of a controversial new drug that can dull traumatic memories. Denise is shocked to discover she's pregnant -but doesn't know whether the father is Brad or Jeffrey.
