Alan, Denny, and Bethany are hired to represent a judge who is suing a company for not delivering on its promise to cure him of his homosexuality. Meanwhile, Shirley takes on a case involving the use of a controversial new drug that can dull traumatic memories. Denise is shocked to discover she's pregnant -but doesn't know whether the father is Brad or Jeffrey.
