Who could have predicted a somewhat cheesy fitness competition show from the ‘90s would captivate a new generation of fans when it was resurrected in the new millennium. But that’s exactly what happened when the modern reincarnation of “American Gladiators” with its intense events, bulging Gladiators, and splashy special effects came back better than ever this winter. Now, the new version returns for a second season with Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali back at the helm. This time around last season’s champions, Monica and Evan, jump over to the other side when they join the big bad Gladiators in taking on the little guys.

The Bachelorette

If you watched “The Bachelor” last fall, you probably haven’t forgotten DeAnna Pappas, the 26-year-old real estate agent who was painfully rejected by Bachelor Brad at the end of the season when Mr. Big Shot decided not to choose ANYONE ... frustrating fans everywhere. Well now it’s DeAnna’s turn to do the choosing when she becomes “The Bachelorette” in the series’ fourth season, during which 25 bachelors will vie for her affection. Let’s hope she doesn’t pull the same stunt Brad did!

The fourth season begins just in time for Mencia to share his thoughts and humor on the election, the candidates and the controversies that go along with them. Last Comic Standing: The Search For The Funniest Person in America

The comedy competition "Last Comic Standing" returns for a sixth season with funnyman Bill Bellamy at the helm. Helping out as talent scouts will be a gaggle of NBC comedy stars from past and present including Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nunez, Brian Baumgartner and Kate Flannery from "The Office,” “Scrubs’” Neil Flynn, George Wendt and John Ratzenberger of "Cheers" fame, Lonny Ross and Keith Powell from "30 Rock,” and many others. This season’s international search will give comics from countries around the world the chance to audition along with their funny U.S. counterparts. And in another new twist this season, Bill Bellamy will visit additional cities on his own to surprise the best comics at local venues with a direct pass to perform for the scouts in the closest audition city. After the audition search is over, the best of the best will travel to Las Vegas to perform for a huge crowd, where the top 12 comedy acts will be chosen as finalists. Week by week, one funny guy or gal will be voted off until there’s just one “Last Comic Standing” who will get a jumpstart on a dream comedy career with a $250,000 grand prize and an exclusive talent deal with NBC.

Hosted by top Australian TV personality and “The Tonight Show” correspondent, Cat Deeley, this reality competition tests dancers on everything from hip-hop to salsa to quickstep to jive. In the fourth season, producers travel to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta in search of the country’s most talented dancers. The ones whose moves impress them the most will be invited to call-backs where they’ll work with top choreographers and compete to become one of the top 20 dancers who will continue with the competition ... attempting to strut their stuff all the way to the grand prize.

Created by the man behind the alarming hit documentary "Supersize Me," "30 Days" follows a diverse group of participants as they each spend 30 days in someone else's shoes. The third season will feature a former football player spending a month in a wheelchair, a conservative woman moving in with a gay couple raising four children, and a gun control activist living with gun enthusiasts in rural Ohio To kick off the new season, Spurlock returns to his home state of West Virginia to work as a rookie apprentice coalminer known as a "redhat" for 30 days. During that time he'll gain an understanding of the financial benefits that draw people to coal mining, but also learn, through first-hand experience, about the dangerous conditions that miners must face every day.

This dramatic series centers around the struggles, dreams and friendships of a diverse group of women (and one man) who all have one very important thing in common. Each of them is married to a member of the Army, and they're all living on an active military base. The pressures and expectations all of the spouses face are tough, but for those left behind while their partners are risking their lives fighting the war, the situation is especially intense as they struggle to stay connected to their deployed spouses and abide strict military traditions. Last season found the "Army Wives" dealing with infidelities, family issues, heated romances rumors, rivalries and heartbreak and it looks like Season 2 will bring viewers even more drama and unexpected plot twists.

Susan is his loving and wisecracking wife who's helping him raise their social butterfly of a teenage daughter Lauren; their video game addicted son Trent; and their obsessively neat and musically talented son Bryan. Last season found Bill unhappily bearing the brunt of the housework when Susan started a muffin business, and Susan disclosing she previously had a relationship with celeb Chris Isaak, and we're sure Season 2 will have more laughs, drama, and family fun in store.

This sitcom follows a twentysomething guys' girl named P.J. who's looking for love in a world dominated by her male friends. She's a bit of a tomboy, to say the least. She's a huge sports fan, a professional sportswriter, and has a sports-analogous approach to dating that often sends potential boyfriends running. She does get some advice from her one female friend (who advises her to dress and act more feminine), but it's hard for PJ to shake her guyish style. Will this girl who's one of the boys find more than just a friendship with a member of the opposite sex during Season 2?
