Tonight, my friends, you must tune in for Joel McHale and his "Bitches."

You see, Joel, one of my favoritest people ever, is following in my footsteps and playing a dead person in an all-new episode (called "Bitches," see) of ABC's brilliant Pushing Daisies

According to Joel, "I play a polygamist dog breeder who is killed by one of his wives."

He told me he gets poisoned, but then he showed me a cam-phone shot of his chest all bloody and scraped up and added, "So, clearly something more than that happens to me. "

Hmmm...Ned and Chuck will get to the bottom of it all, no doubt, while hanging with a really cute dead guy (Joel) and some adorable puppies along the way.

Joel, of course, loves the show as much as we do. "It was really, really fun, and they spend more in one day than The Soup spends in two years." 

As for the cast and crew, he says, "They were all really nice. Bryan Fuller is amazing, and he told me he's a big fan of The Soup." Hey, us too!

Pushing Daisies airs on ABC Wednesday nights at 8. Yay!
