Randy tries to fix Earl s karma by working on the list. His first task is to make amends for a drunken encounter with the Teutul family from American Chopper (appearing as themselves), which resulted in a missing motorcycle.

Randy and Joy set out to help the comatose Earl make a full recovery by continuing to complete items on his karmic list. But their efforts are complicated when they---and the Hickey patriarch (Beau Bridges)---run afoul of a drug dealer.
