When officers patrolling an area known for drug use in Portland, OR discover drug-related behavior, they are forced to tackle the suspect as he attempts to swallow the evidence. In Spokane, WA officers respond to a suspicious-behavior call about a prowler, and when the suspect is approached, he takes flight through a neighborhood. In Leon County, FL, a K-9 unit is used to detain a suspect fleeing in a stolen vehicle.
