Episode Description

Officers in Kansas City, Mo., patrol a known drug area and detect trouble when spotting shirtless men wobbling through the middle of the street. In Rialto, Calif., a foot pursuit leads officers to a suspect that reportedly threw a bag of narcotics before hiding in a nearby apartment. A suspect is detained for walking in the fountain at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nev. When officers question the man, they give the coin scrapper a warning for stealing money and make him empty his pockets and return the money to the fountain.
