Thanks Chris Hansen for your extensive research and informative information in your "To Catch A Con-Man" show. I never thought it'd happen to me, but received a similar scam email involving an item I posted on craigslist. The scammer was pretending to send payment via stormpay and asking for me to ship merchandise to Nigeria (said it was a birthday present). After my own google search and the red flag from your show, I caught on and saved myself losing merchandise plus shipping costs to Nigeria. Thanks again and everyone else please beware of this new scam.

I am a Police Chief in a small Iowa town. Attempting to tell our public the dangers your kids face from sexual predators is often heard but not stored. This show is an eye opener to many parents. It should also be an eye opener to kids of all ages. Talking to people you can't see is very dangerous. Dateline NBC staff and the Officers involved with this show should be commended on their efforts to save kids and educate the public. They are real heroes.
