The residents of Wisteria Lane are forced into basements, cellars and safe rooms to weather a tornado that destroys homes and lives forever. Carlos and Gaby try to move out of town, and away from Victor, before the storm hits. When Edie finds out, she tries to ruin their plans by getting the information about Carlos's offshore account. Lynette asks Mrs. McCluskey if her family can take shelter in her basement. It turns out to be a bad idea once Ida's cat causes problems for Tom's allergies. Susan confronts Orson about giving Mike pills, and confronts Mike about his addiction. Katherine finds out that Adam did have an affair with Sylvia back in Chicago.
