The show is fantastic, Laurie Metcalf is a superb actress, and if nothing else, "Easy Money" is easily entertaining. CW is making a mistake by canceling this show. How is a show supposed to grow if not given a chance? This was the only reason I watched the CW, and now that "Easy Money" is gone, the CW is just another channel that gets passed by. It just goes to show that the general American population has no taste when it comes to good TV. All that seems to matter are reality shows about stuck up little rich [profane]es and fake dating elimination contests. I believe CW will end up having to merge with another TV network due to a lousy line-up, and that's how the CW came to fruition in the first place.

Easy Money was a rare gem of a series that deserves reconsideration for a new season.
The series was presented in a truly refreshing, subtle and unique style of television, that is rarely seen these days. It was both rough edged and gentle. It could be humorous or serious at times. It was honest in its portrayal of the quirks, foibles, struggles, and contradictions of everyday people living in southern California.

...I found the show unique. With the Law & Order franchise seemingly dying off, and with all the NCIS/CSI/Criminal Minds starting to meld into one another, I found Easy Money a refreshing new favorite. I have no idea where TV is going anymore.....

I am totally bummed this show got cancelled, it was great, it just needed a littl time to get to know the characters, they jumped into the DNA testing before you got to know anyone.......... it was hard to follow, just some better editing would have gone a long way. I will miss it
