Episode Description

When Jordan meets room service waiter Doug Stemple, he learns Doug is yet another victim of corporate greed and decides that he and Eli will represent him. Doug's former employer, Emerson Financial, suffered losses as a result of poor decision making on the part of its ex-CEO. Consequently Doug and hundreds of Emerson Financial employees were laid off when the company claimed it could no longer afford to pay their salaries; yet its ex-CEO received $43 million when he was dismissed. Eli realizes they must take up the case on behalf of all those who were wrongfully terminated. Meanwhile, he is having visions of his father on a plane.
