Matt and Amy Roloff are little people raising four children (three are average-sized, and one is also a little person) on a 34-acre pumpkin farm in Oregon, and while life can be stressful thanks to papa Matt's many business ventures and home renovations, this is one family that also has a lot of fun. The kids are barely kids anymore, now that twins Zach and Jeremy are 20, only daughter Molly is nearly 17, and youngest sibling Jacob is just entering his teen years. The twins marked lots of milestones last season when they graduated from high school, backpacked around Europe, and entered college. And if you haven't watched "Little People, Big World" before, there's still time to follow the family during its sixth and final season, as multitaskers Matt and Amy both realize they've got to make some serious changes to their health regimens after last season ended on a frightening note when Matt collapsed at his office. Kandi, Kim, NeNe, and Sheree are back for a drama-filled third season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," and they'll be joined by two new faces, model Cynthia Bailiey and entertainment attorney Phaedra Park. There's no holding these women back as they balance busy careers, home lives, and demanding social appearances and events. After much speculation and tabloid coverage, this season features Kim's search for love, as well as the promotion of her single "Tardy For the Party." With high-stress careers and chaotic social lives, it's no wonder that these ladies fight with their spouses or significant others, and of course, each other. Junk drawers are no match for the accumulation of stuff on the shocking series "Hoarders," back for its third season. Taking a look at individuals whose lives are being ruined by their desire to keep all their belongings, cameras document rooms, garages, and backyards piled with so much stuff, it's made floors sink, and in one instance, escape from an individual's own home nearly impossible. It's an addiction that can't even be overcome by simply removing the clutter. It takes the help of a professional to delve into the psychological trauma that often spurs the hoarding. Facing eviction and straining their family relationships, the hoarders must learn to combat their addictive behavior before it's too late. As he balances corporate sponsorships, his line of toys, and maintaining his skateboard skills, Dyrdek also works with his foundation to build Safe Spot Skate Spots: safe (and legal) places to skate in communities around the world. When he was only 17 years old, Andrew Jenks moved into an assisted living facility to experience what it was really like to grow old, and the documentary he created of his experience was picked up by HBO. His new show, "World of Jenks," has a similarly powerful purpose. Jenks will shed his own identity and move in with a stranger for a week, trying to fully capture what it is like to walk in that person's shoes. The acclaimed young director is unafraid to make himself vulnerable to fully capture what it's like to live someone else's life. Each episode is filled with surprising moments as Jenks captures the struggles, triumphs, and intimate moments in the lives of everyone from a mixed martial arts fighter to an NFL cheerleader, and even sleeps on the streets with a homeless teen. If you would have told us that, by 2010, Bret Michaels would have starred in three reality shows (that would be three seasons of "Rock of Love," a stint on "Celebrity Apprentice," and now his latest venture "Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It"), we would have laughed you all the way back to 1989. But, alas, here we are. Michaels's latest series follows his life on the road, and gives viewers a peek at his home life, too, which includes a big old mansion where his two daughters and their mother, Kristi, live. So how successfully does Bret juggle his travel schedule, career, raising two kids and his on-again-off-again relationship with Kristi? We'll find out with another dose of Bret. During season one of MTV's "The Buried Life," we watched friends Duncan, Ben, Dave, and Jonnie travel across the country — in a purple bus, no less — as they set out to check items off of their "100 things to do before you die" list. For every dream of their own that they were able to accomplish, they also helped out a stranger, and encouraged everyone they met along the way to make their own bucket list. Well, the boys are back for season two, and with items like streak (and get away with it), marry a stranger in Vegas, and ask out the girl of their dreams still on their "to do" list, it promises to be a season of even more hilarious antics and heartfelt moments. It's reality trainwreck TV at its best. Yes, we're talking about "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew." The series returns for its fourth season to chronicle a gaggle of "celebrity" addicts as they undergo an intensive 21-day program to kick their respective habits. This season's patient roster includes Tiger Woods's mistress Rachel Uchitel (it's unclear whether she's in for an addiction to prescription meds or love); '90s TV star Jeremy London, who recently made a fishy claim about being kidnapped and forced to do drugs; reality star and former model Janice Dickinson, who, as far as we can tell, is addicted to being on cable TV; and finally, actor Eric Roberts, who happens to be Julia's older brother. Climb back aboard the Destiny for the second season of Syfy's gripping "Stargate" spinoff, "Stargate Universe." After travelling through a Stargate portal to avoid attack, a crew of military personnel and scientists find themselves stranded on the ancient ship Destiny — with no discernible way of returning home to Earth. Robert Carlyle ("Trainspotting") stars as brilliant scientist and de facto ship leader Dr. Nicholas Rush; he's joined by familiar faces Ming-Na ("ER") and Lou Diamond Phillips ("La Bamba"). Last season ended with alien baddies the Lucian Alliance boarding the Destiny and taking crew members hostage. Will the crew escape? And will they ever get home? When we last saw the "Sons of Anarchy" motorcycle club, Jax had taken revenge on the white-power thug who raped his mom, and an IRA gunrunner seeking his own revenge kidnapped Jax's baby boy. Meanwhile, Jax's mother, Gemma, went on the lam, fleeing a murder she didn't commit. As Season 3 kicks off, Jax and the rest of the club attempt to locate little Abel while keeping Gemma in the dark about his disappearance. As if that weren't enough, a new threat arises when another club makes a surprise appearance at a wake for a fallen comrade. For fans of the sadly defunct "Stargate SG-1," this fantastical Syfy series (now entering its third season) represents, well, a good sanctuary. Created by "SG-1" producer Damian Kindler, "Sanctuary" stars "SG-1" alum Amanda Tapping as Dr. Helen Magnus, a scientific researcher who runs a refuge for "Abnormals" (non-human intelligent creatures who live among us) in hopes of helping them — and protecting humankind from the more dangerous ones. Season 2 wrapped up with a cliffhanger, as Magnus' team raced to stop the powerful Abnormal known as Big Bertha from destroying us all. Imagine the "Faces of Death" movie series tossed in a blender with a Maxim magazine article on the cheesiest ways to die, and you'll be pretty close to conjuring a mental picture of Spike's "1000 Ways to Die." Through deadpan comedic voice-overs, interviews with "experts," and over-the-top reenactments — often featuring dimwitted dudes and busty babes — the show takes a decidedly tongue-in-cheek look at some of the strangest deaths ever reported. (And if anyone ever dies from jamming their tongue in their cheek, you can be sure to hear about it on this show.) Although little has leaked about what to expect on the show's final season, there's one thing the show's tear-jerking history can assure you of: You'll want to keep a tissue nearby. The title really does ring true in TV Land's new series "Harry Love Lisa." The docu-soap takes a look inside the ups and downs of celebrity couple Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna, and all the fun, craziness, and drama that goes along with them. Despite busy Hollywood careers, the pair remains focused on their family and working on their marriage. The show details Hamlin's efforts to reignite his acting career and Rinna's dealings with the tabloids. But beneath it all, it's the "opposites attract" mentality that drives the show and keeps it exciting and fresh. Don't let the dog-centric promos fool you: This isn't "Best in Show," the TV version. We were kinda thinking that between "Psych" and "Bored to Death," we've already had our fill of unqualified-detective comedies. But we've always had a soft spot for Logue, and the early buzz is good enough (the pilot's directed by "Hustle & Flow's" Craig Brewer) that we're willing to give this shaggy dog a chance. We all know that dessert is the best part of the meal, and often wish we could skip the boring appetizers and entrées and just get right to the good stuff. Looks like "Top Chef" agrees. Like the original culinary competition show, spinoff "Top Chef: Just Desserts" pits a dozen chefs against each other as they compete for a big cash prize and a magazine feature, but with a sweet twist: The contestants will focus only on all things dessert — from wedding cakes to flaming desserts to sculpted chocolate. The judges' panel features Johnny Iuzzini, executive pastry chef at restaurant Jean Georges; Hubert Keller, fabled West Coast chef; and DailyCandy editor Dannielle Kyrillos. The panel will also get a little help from guest judges, including spunky Spago pastry chef Sherry Yard and Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin pastry guru Michael Laiskonis. Cavity fillings not included. These women aren't afraid to admit they employ four nannies and a live-in personal trainer, or that they spend $50,000 on a birthday party for their four-year-old. The claws come out in a new zip code as these ladies party, lunch, and shop together. Smiling – and Botoxed – faces are just a cover for snide remarks and gossip that is sure to start trademark "Housewives" fights.
