I think this is a great updated show and couldn't wait to see what happens next week. There are rumors that it is cancelled which would be a big mistake to the fans. I think us fans deserve a second season instead of all the repeats of old shows from other networks. This is one of the shows that got me watching the SciFi channel and would hate to switch to other channels instead. I grew up watching the originals and got hooked on this one immediately due to the chemistry and story line. Please don't disappoint us and give us adults a show that we enjoy and may last for several seasons, there are plenty of other shows you offer that kids watch so let us have this one. I cant waite until the next season
May 22, 2008I think that it may not be from the comic or the movie but it is a great series it is a new take on things to me it is a more realistic version . There are too many people out there critisizing the series because they do not have an open mind to something new and different. Great Show

November 29, 2007In my opinion this is the worst show the scifi channel has ever made. The sets are abandoned shipyards and industrial plants, oh yes - and empty open fields. I've seen cryptosporidium cells that can put forth a better acting performance. It's probably not the actor's fault - the dialogue and plots must have been penned by a fifth grader. Every episode has the characters just standing around in a stupor trying to figure out what's going on. Where are the shows where characters don't insult our or their intelligence? Please scifi channel - air Battlestar Galactica reruns in their place! And take every film reel of this show and catapult them into the sun.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

Yes its different, but its great!
November 25, 2007I'm not going to write a long review. Yes its different then the movie, yes its different then the comics, but I don't care. That just makes it more original. I like how its done and I enjoy the show.
