Max and Milo (Sonny's bodyguards) are arguing, and Milo accuses Max of being depressed about missing Carly. Max tells him to leave it alone when Sonny walks in and interrupts them, telling Max they should talk. Max makes an excuse to go and check on the car, and quickly bails. Milo tries to do the same, but doesn't succeed. Sonny stops him and pumps him for information about why Max had been acting funny, and Milo spills the beans: Max misses Carly! Max returns and tells Milo to go and check the car, but then stops him when Sonny says he wants to talk to Max. Sonny overrules Max and sends Milo out of the room. Sonny is on to Max's feelings for Carly. Sonny then surprises Max by telling him there is no one else he would rather see with Carly, but there are some things he should know. They continue talking about Carly. Sonny is having fun picking on Max. Max makes a quick exit when Robin walks in. She tells Sonny she can't sleep, and Sonny replies that he missed him, too. Sonny also said he knew she would stop by; his (Stone's) birthday is in a few days. Sonny and Robin talk about Emily and his bi-polar disease and his medication, and Robin tells him Stone would be proud of him. They begin talks about Patrick and how he was exposed to end-stage AIDS and how that is causing Robin to dream about Stone and how much he went through before he died. Robin tells Sonny Patrick's fear is just like Stone's. Sonny asks if Patrick knows about it, and Robin informs him it would be insensitive to keep bringing up Stone. Robin says she admires how Patrick is handling everything, and also tells Sonny about Ms. Sneed trying to kick April Gilbert out. The lights flicker on when Robin and Sonny talk about Stone once again, and Sonny says Stone might be with them after all.
Robin and Patrick are at her door, and they are saying goodbye. They lean in to kiss, and Robin pulls back and invites him to come in. They enter her apartment, kissing passionately, when Patrick pulls away and says he doesn't think they should do it. Robin understands, and lets him know that if he needs to wait, they will, but promises that he won't hurt her. They return to their steamy make-out session on her couch, but Patrick's beeper goes off and he has to call the hospital. It turns out Ms. Sneed has entered April Gilbert's hospital room and is trying to transfer her to county. Patrick leaves alone after he tells Robin to stay and relax, he can handle it and they kiss.
Dillon and Georgie return to Kelly's and wonder who ate their cake and drank their champagne. They try to guess who did it, and share a sweet moment. They begin to kiss and Lulu walks in, pointing out that it looks like they are celebrating. Georgie grins and tells her that she and Dillon and divorcing! Lulu tells them she is happy Georgie and Dillon are happy, and Dillon quietly tells her that he and Georgie are in the middle of something. Lulu tells them that she knows that they can't trust her, but she won't do anything to break them up again. Georgie realizes Lulu is really upset, and Dillon fills her in that Lulu wants to go searching for Luke again. Georgie admits she fells bad for Lulu, and Dillon tells her it makes him love her more and they share a sweet kiss. Georgie and Dillon are eating cake and talking about college and how Georgie got a full-ride scholarship to Princeton but didn't go. She didn't go because of Dillon. Georgie and Dillon are cleaning up when the lights come on, and both decide to go home. Georgie decides she will walk home, and they lovingly joke about their divorce. Dillon watches her leave, grinning.
Around the corner, Lulu thinks back to the conversation she had with Sonny and how she told him she was pregnant.
Nik and Em are having a candlelight dinner when nanny Colleen looks in on them, and then goes to a dresser in the hall and pulls out a bag which contains a flashlight and sunscreen. She looks around and then heads off in the other direction, looking as if she has a plan. Back in the dining room, Emily is offered by Nikolas to spend the night! Emily tells Nikolas she can't because she is no where near over Sonny, and they muse about how rebound relationships don't work and Emily doesn't want to rebound from Sonny to Nikolas. Colleen walks in and interrupts them, and Emily decides to leave. Nikolas watches her go while Colleen tries to get his attention. She tells him to go and check on John while he is sleeping, and Nikolas agrees. They start towards his room and they hear Emily scream, and Nikolas rushes out of the room. Colleen watches him go, smiling slightly. Nik walks back in carrying an injured Emily. Nik promises to take care of Emily's hurt ankle. Nik takes Em upstairs to a spare room and tells her she is spending the night now. He starts taking care of her, and leaves to get an ice pack. When he opens the door, Colleen is standing there. She makes an excuse as to why she is there, and then the lights flicker on. Nik sends Colleen to get Emily an ice-pack and Em tells him he doesn't have to wait on her. But Nik wants her to let him take care of her. Emily comes out of the bathroom wearing Nik's pajamas, and Colleen comes in with an ice-pack and towel, and reminds them to keep their voices down for Spencer. Nik and Em talk about her after she leaves, and Colleen listens through the door.
Ms. Sneed is harassing April Gilbert in the hospital when Patrick steps in. Ms. Sneed won't give up on sending April to county hospital because she has no health insurance and is terminal. Patrick says a few words and then forces Ms. Sneed to leave. Patrick and April talk about her illness and Ms. Sneed. Patrick won't allow her to go to county. They joke about how Patrick is only doing this for his ego, and April tells him she understands why Robin is in love with him. April says she also knows that Robin's feelings aren't only one-sided, Patrick loves her back. Patrick tries to change the subject but April won't let him. He tells her that he's scared he'll hurt Robin because of his disease and her already compromised immune system. April tells Patrick she probably won't make it to Christmas, and Patrick tries to keep her hopes up. April asks where he would be if Robin was where April was; would he be by her side or somewhere else? April brings up love again but Patrick brushes her comment off. Patrick says he won't let Robin get to where April is, and he won't desert her. When April asks if it's because of obligation or pity, Patrick tells her it's because she is Robin and he cares for her. April wonders if Robin knows that?
Robin dreams of Stone in her apartment. They are dancing, Robin is telling Stone she is HIV+, and then Stone dying. Robin wakes up with a start.
Max yells at Milo for telling the Boss about him missing Carly. Milo tells him that Carly might like him and that Max should give her a chance.
Patrick is gone and Ms. Sneed is back to harassing April, but is interrupted by Sonny and his body guards. He begins subtly threatening Ms. Sneed who is obviously afraid of him. Sonny demands that all AIDS patients be treated with respect, including April. Sonny also informs her that he will be paying April's hospital bills and Sonny makes Ms. Sneed apologize to April. Once Ms. Sneed leaves, April tells him she doesn't know why he is paying her bills but she is thankful. He tells her to think of it as a gift from someone she has never met; Stone Cates.
Patrick is at Robin's door, and Robin asks what's wrong. He tells her that she matters, and has from the beginning. What he feels for her he has never felt for any other woman in his entire life, and in time, he may love her. Patrick leaves before Robin can reply. She shuts the door with a smile on her face.
Lulu is at the docks talking on her cell phone to who seems like the makers of the pregnancy test. Georgie walks up behind her and hears Lulu talking about her pregnancy!
