Lulu informs Dillon of her pregnancy. Dillon tries to be grown up about the situation and suggests that he quit school to support her and the baby as well as they get married. Feeling smothered Lulu flees from Dillon. Dillon heads to Kelly's where he begins to tell Georgie about the situation. Georgie informs Dillon that she is aware of Lulu's condition and is happy to hear that she came clean about it.
Lulu runs into Georgie at the hospital and begins to tell her what went down when she told Dillon about her pregnancy. Lulu tells Georgie that perhaps she may not be ready to be a parent and is considering an abortion.
Elizabeth heads home to pack her bags after witnessing Lucky speak at a Narcotics Anonymous meeting. Lucky arrives home to find Elizabeth waiting for him. Elizabeth tells him that she is willing to fight for their marriage provided that he stays away from drugs and Maxie. She vows to him that she will take Cameron and leave should he be caught using again.
Lucky meets up with Maxie to inform her that he is in love with Elizabeth and will not be able to see her anymore. He also tells her that he is seeking help for his drug abuse and disposes of the pills Maxie hands him into the water.
Sonny tells Alexis that Sam has decided to leave town. Alexis offers an explanation of the argument that went down between herself and her daughter. Sonny inquires about Alexis's health again, in which she confides that she has had some health issues due to environmental problems in the building. She also tells him that she will deal with it when she has the opportunity to do so.
Sonny has Alexis's health investigated to find out what exactly is wrong with her. After receiving her results, he burns the evidence.
Sam goes to see Jason at the Penthouse and informs him that she slept with Ric. Jason tells her that he knows and proceeds to say that he was there that night to tell her that he had been wrong about keeping them apart. Jason comes clean with Sam about his one night stand with Elizabeth. Devastated, Sam tells Jason that she is going to leave town.
Elizabeth goes to see Jason to tell him that she has changed her mind about leaving Lucky. She asks Jason not to tell anyone about their one night together, however he tells her that it is too late.
Sam is summoned to Alexis's office where she begins to explain why she is leaving town. Alexis informs Sam that Molly and Kristina will need her, as she has been diagnosed with lung cancer - stage two.
