Episode Description

In order to help a teenager who is being haunted after her mother disappears, Melinda and Jim become foster parents. Melinda determines that the girl's mother didn't leave her, she's dead but has some unfinished business. Melinda learns that the girl was kidnapped and before her mother died she was trying to reunite the girl with her real mother. Meanwhile, Homer the Ghost Dog is back and tormenting Delia's dog. Melinda seeks help from the Dog Whisperer.
