Episode Description

Lorelai, Rory, Christopher and G.G. celebrate Christmas after the start of the new year, after Rory returns from Paris. Meanwhile, Luke approaches Lorelai and asks her to write a letter on his behalf in his custody battle for April. Lorelai has trouble coming up with something to write until she realizes how important Luke was in Rory's life. And, Rory writes an apology letter to Lucy to explain why she and Marty didn't tell her about their previous friendship.
