A broken-hearted Rusty and Casey head back to school for a new semester after the fallout from the newspaper article that turned the Greek system upside down. Under the watchful eye of Dean Bowman and a newly assigned ZBZ national rep, Casey organizes an all-Greek carnival in support of the dean's favorite charity. At the carnival, the Kappa Tau band performs.
Realizing that her sorority sisters were getting bored with the new low-key and traditional rules of ZBZ, Casey comes up with an idea to follow the rules and yet break them at the same time. Therefore, she enlists the help of Cappie and his Kappa Tau brothers to throw a prohibition-type party with a Great Gatsby theme.
It's payback time for Omega Chi as Cappie plans his revenge on Evan for turning them in for the Great Gatsby party and the pranks kick into full gear. Meanwhile, Casey finally finds out about Rebecca and decides she needs to prove that she too is moving on but ends up making a dating choice that turns out to be a bit awkward to say the least.
It's the annual Greek Week competition. Rusty and Calvin strive to find a neutral friendship zone despite their opposing house loyalties. Meanwhile, Casey must decide the consequences of Rebecca's wild spring-break actions, and Rebecca's continued bad behavior doesn't help matters.
When ZBZ Crush Party invites are ready to go out, Casey and Ashleigh discover that their target crush is the same guy. Meanwhile, Rusty is introduced to his new RA at the dorm and ends up turning to him for guidance as Rusty begins questioning his educational choices.
Casey enlists the help of Rusty for Casino Night at Omega Chi in an effort to help Ashleigh alleviate her newly acquired debt. Meanwhile, Evan grapples with signing a document that maps out his life in order to get his trust fund released and Cappie struggles with Rebecca's sudden interest in giving him money for a new car.
When Rusty digs a little too deep into the list of Kappa Tau actives, Cappie gets nervous that Rusty will discover the true identity of Josh Whopper.
