Episode Description

In an attempt to reclaim the presidency of ZBZ, Frannie proposes a change in by-laws at the ZBZ National Convention, sending Casey into a frenzy to secure the votes she needs to keep the status quo. Meanwhile, Rusty offers up the Kappa Tau house to Max, who is in charge of finding a location for the "Galileo" party for the engineering department, which ends up turning into more of a party than anyone expects. At the same time, Evan decides to play while Frannie is away and Calvin contemplates the same.
