Many people at Seattle Grace are having trouble sleeping. Meredith's snoring is still keeping Derek up. Thinking about her father is still keeping Meredith up. George figures out what happened during his father's surgery and gets upset with Bailey and Chief Webber. George's father's body is under tremendous trauma and the O'Malleys decide to take him off life support. Addison reveals that she aborted Mark's baby whose due date would have been that week. Izzie secretly fronts the money needed for a patient's spinal surgery. Bailey, believing that Izzie is once again too involved with her patient, refuses to let Izzie scrub in. Alex and Addison kiss.
