The Denny Duquette Memorial Free Clinic opens. Izzie is worried it won't be succesful. They only get one patient, but Bailey is pleased with their work. Callie and George announce that they went to Vegas and got married. George finally stands up to the negative comments from their friends. Meredith's mother wakes up lucid, with no memory of the last five years. A patient's blood becomes toxic and endangers the lives of all the doctors at Seattle Grace. Cristina tells Burke that she will marry him.
