A comedy pilot about Harry Marquette, the long-time owner of a St. Louis barber shop which is the hangout for a strange mixture of customers--including Speedy Simms, who seems to keep just one step ahead of the law and involves Harry in a raffle scheme that almost lands them both in the slammer.
